Recent versions of Adobe and Microsoft products have created a new issue with printing Adobe PDF files from within the MyBerksHome.com environment.  Some users are now being forced to save the PDF file to their PC before they can open/print the content.  Here are the steps required to fix the problem:

1. Within Windows, go to Start – Programs and open your Adobe product (the product may be called Adobe Acrobat Reader, Adobe Reader, Adobe Acrobat Standard/Pro, etc).

2. Look for the Preferences menu (usually located under the Edit drop-down menu).

3. Find the Internet category under Preferences.

4. Look for a check box related to Display PDF in Browser, and uncheck that checkbox, if it is checked.

5. Choose OK to save changes.

6. If prompted to run installation procedure and/or reboot PC to implement the changes, please allow those processes to complete.
