The steps below are required for all site visitors who use Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or later with MyBerksHome.com. These steps instruct Internet Explorer to trust the MyBerksHomes.com website and this trust is required for login to work properly.

 

In Internet Explorer:

1. Choose Tools
2. Choose Internet Options

 

3. Choose the Security Tab

 

4. Click on Trusted Sites

 

5. Click on the Sites... button.

 

6. Make sure there is NOT a checkmark in the Require server verification... checkbox

 

 

7. In the Add this Web site... field, type in http://portal.berkshomes.com/

8. Click on the Add button to add this site to the list of trusted sites.

 

9 . In the Add this Web site... field, type in http://www.myberkshome.com/

10 . Click on the Add button to add this site to the list of trusted sites.

 

11 . Choose OK

 

12. Choose OK again to close the Internet Options window
